TakeoffAI Pty Ltd (ABN [insert ABN]) ("TakeoffAI", "we", "us", "our") operates the TakeoffAI platform, a cloud-based electrical takeoff and estimating tool available at takeoff.ai.

Your plans are your property. We do not sell, share, or distribute your construction plans or project data to third parties. Plans are processed solely to provide takeoff services to you.
Uploaded plans are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). When you delete your account, your plans are permanently deleted within 30 days from active systems (90 days from backups).
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@takeoff.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Summary: You retain full ownership of your plans and data. We grant you a licence to use our platform. You pay the agreed subscription. Either party can terminate with notice. Our liability is capped. Australian law governs.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and TakeoffAI Pty Ltd ("TakeoffAI") governing your access to the TakeoffAI platform and related services.
Customers subscribing during the Founding 100 promotion receive a locked-in rate for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. If cancelled and reactivated, the founding rate is forfeited.
Subscriptions are billed in advance monthly or annually. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription for any reason. Contact support@takeoff.ai.
If you haven't doubled your bid submission volume within 90 days of completing onboarding, you may request a full refund of your annual fee. Requirements: completed onboarding within 14 days; minimum 10 takeoffs completed; documentation of bid volume before and after.
You retain all ownership rights to your Customer Data. Takeoff Outputs generated from your data are owned by you. TakeoffAI retains all rights to the platform, AI models, and software.
Takeoff Outputs are provided as estimating aids and must be reviewed by qualified professionals. You are solely responsible for verifying accuracy before use in bidding or construction.
Important: TakeoffAI is an estimating assistance tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.
TakeoffAI's total aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
